摘　　要：本文就房地产投资对经济增长空间溢出机制与机理进行了理论分析和探讨,并基于2000—2017年中国31省市数据建立面板空间模型,实证分析了房地产投资对中国经济增长的空间溢出效应。结果表明,房地产投资对于经济增长具有空间溢出效应,房地产投资要素(这里指与房地产业相关的上下游产业链及其人力、资本、技术、产品等)流动形成房地产投资空间溢出效应,房地产投资空间溢出效应能够促进经济增长。This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the spillover mechanism and mechanism of real estate investment on economic growth,and establishes a panel spatial model based on the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2017 to empirically analyze the spatial spillover effect of real estate investment on China's economic growth.The results show that real estate investment has a positive effect on economic growth.Real estate investment has a spatial spillover effect on economic growth.The flow of real estate investment elements(here refers to the upstream and downstream industrial chains related to real estate industry and its manpower,capital,technology,products,etc.)forms a spatial spillover effect on real estate investment.Spatial spillover effect of real estate investment can promote economic growth.
