摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对美国青少年足球教练员培训体系的特征进行解读。研究表明:美国青少年足球教练员培训体系强调标准化的培训认证、确立具体化的培训目标、设计专业化的培训内容、创新模块化的培训实施、构建多元化的培训评价。对我国青少年足球教练员培训工作的启示:构建本土化的培训体系;形成大众化的培训规模;创新模块化的培训模式;制订明晰化的培训标准;推行综合化的培训评价。By using the methods of literature reviews and logical analysis,this paper interprets the characteristics of the training system for youth soccer coach in the USA.The research results show that:this system emphasizes the standardized training certi?cation,establishes the speci?c training objectives,designs the specialized training content,the innovative modular training implementation,and constructs the diversi?ed training evaluation.The enlightenments to the training for Chinese young soccer coaches in the future include:construct the localization training system;form the popular training scale;innovate the modular training mode;formulate the clear training standard;carry out the comprehensive training evaluation.
