摘 要:新科技消费,是人们对互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能等新一代信息技术,以及新能源、纳米技术、生命科学、基因工程等系列新科技所创造的产品、提供的服务的生活消费活动。新科技消费颠覆式地改变了传统的社会消费生态,成为拉动社会生产发展的强大引擎。新科技消费发展具有普惠性前景。为了加快中国新科技消费发展,应加强新科技消费的经济学研究、加快推进居民新科技消费进程、充分发挥中产阶层新科技消费对国内高端技术产业的拉动力、构建激励新科技消费创新的制度文化、防范新科技消费带来的风险和隐患、加大保障社会消费持续提升的政策调控力度。New technology consumption refers to people’s life consumption activities of new generation information technology such as internet,cloud computing,big data,IoT,artificial intelligence,and products and services created and provided by new energy,nanotechnology,life science,genetic engineering and other new technologies. The consumption of new science and technology has changed the traditional social consumption ecology and become a powerful engine to promote the development of social production. The development of new science and technology consumption has an inclusive prospect. In order to speed up the development of China’s new technology consumption, we should strengthen the economic research of new technology consumption,speed up the process of new technology consumption of residents,give full play to the driving force of new technology consumption of the middle class to the domestic high-end technology industry,build a system culture to encourage the innovation of new technology consumption, guard against the risks and hidden dangers brought by new technology consumption,and increase policy control to ensure the continuous improvement of social consumption.
