社会资本能够帮助企业家提升绩效吗?--基于中国房地产上市公司的实证研究  

Can Entrepreneur’s Social Capital Help Enhance Enterprise’s Performance?--Empirical Study Based on The Data of China’s Real Estate Listed Companies

摘　　要：世界各国的企业家都很重视提升自身的社会资本,这到底是浪费精力和成本,还是确有必要?通过选择中国房地产上市公司为样本,我们研究了社会资本在企业家人口背景特征与企业绩效的关系之间的中介作用,以及企业规模在企业家人口背景特征与社会资本之间的调节作用。研究结果显示:企业家年龄、受教育水平与企业绩效正相关;纵向资本在年龄、受教育水平与企业绩效之间的正相关关系中起部分中介作用;企业家身份地位在年龄、受教育水平与企业绩效之间的正相关关系中起部分中介作用;企业规模在年龄与纵向资本之间、受教育水平与身份地位之间,以及年龄与声誉之间起正向调节作用。该研究对我们选择高管和提升其人力资本有一定的借鉴意义。Entrepreneurs all over the world attach great importance to improving their social capital. Is it a waste of energy and cost,or is it really necessary? By selecting the Chinese real estate listed companies as samples,we studied the background characteristics of population and social capital in entrepreneurs intermediary role between the relationship between the corporate performance,and the enterprise scale between the entrepreneurs ’ background characteristics of population and social capital adjustment results show: entrepreneurs age positively related to the enterprise performance by the education level;Vertical capital plays an intermediary role in the positive correlation between age education level and enterprise performance. The entrepreneur status plays an intermediary role in the positive correlation between age,education level and enterprise performance. Enterprise size is between age and vertical capital,between education level and status,and between age and vertical capital.
