摘 要:基于特定铁精粉配比,通过改变w(MgO),对镁质酸性球团制备及其冶金性能进行了详细实验研究。结果表明:当w(SiO2)为5.5%,w(MgO)在1.4%~2.2%之间变化时,w(MgO)对铁矿粉的成球率、生球强度影响不大;球团爆裂温度呈先降低后升高的趋势,且在w(MgO)为2.0%时,爆裂温度最低;抗压强度呈下降的趋势,w(MgO)每增加0.1%,抗压强度降低71.9 N/P;低温还原粉化性呈先降低后升高的趋势,w(MgO)每增加0.1%,还原性能降低1.6%,总体软化性能得到改善。Based on the specific iron concentrate ratio,detailed experimental studies on the preparation and metallurgical properties of magnesium acidic pellets are made by changing w(MgO).The results show that when w(SiO2) is 5.5% and w(MgO) varies from 1.4% to 2.2%,w(MgO) has little effect on the spheronization rate and green pellet strength of iron ore powder;the burst temperature of pellets decreases first and then increases,and is at the lowest when w(MgO) is 2.0%;the compressive strength shows a downward trend,with each increase of w(MgO) by 0.1%,the compressive strength decreases by 71.9 N/P;the tendency of low-temperature reduction and pulverization decreases first and then increases,with each increase of w(MgO) by 0.1%,reduction performance decreases by 1.6%,the overall softening performance is improved.
