摘 要:生球团爆裂温度和爆裂率对球团生产具有重要的影响。以微细粒级钛精矿为研究对象,研究了成型压力、粘结剂添加量和生球含水量对其生球团爆裂性能的影响。结果表明:生球含水量越低,成型压力适宜降低,粘结剂用量越多,球团爆裂性能越好;当生球团在含水量为7%,成型压力为8 MPa,粘结剂用量为0.3%时,生球爆裂温度可达900℃以上,且球团不发生爆裂现象,满足生产工艺要求。The bursting temperature and bursting rate of green pellets have important effects on pellet production.Taking fine-grained titanium concentrate as the research object,the influences of forming pressure,the amount of binder added,and the moisture content of green pellets on the bursting performance of green pellets are studied.The results show that when the moisture content of the green ball declines,the molding pressure mildly increases,the amount of binder goes up,and the bursting performance of the pellet get better;when the moisturer content of the green ball is 7%,the molding pressure is 8 MPa,and the amount of binder is 0.30%,the bursting temperature of the green balls can reach more than 900 ℃,and the pellets do not burst,which meets the production process requirements.
