摘 要:NOx治理是烧结超低排放攻关的重点,从源头上削减NOx有助于减轻烧结后续末端处理的压力和提升治理水平。高炉瓦斯灰通常作为固废返回烧结使用,其具有含N量为0.15%~0.35%、粒度基本均小于0.5 mm的特征。针对源头控制NOx排放,开展了烧结配加高炉瓦斯灰对NOx排放影响的研究。结果表明:烧结配加2.0%~2.5%的瓦斯灰替代约0.7%~1.0%的燃料,有助于降低NOx排放质量浓度(脱硝入口数据)约20~70 mg/Nm^3;NOx降低幅度的大小受瓦斯灰中含N量、催化剂,以及瓦斯灰形成P形球团颗粒质量分数等因素的影响。NOx treatment is the key to tackle the key problem of sintering ultra-low emission.Reducing NOx from the source is helpful to reduce the pressure of sintering end treatment and improve the treatment level.Blast furnace gas ash is usually returned to sintering process as solid waste,which has the characteristics of 0.15%~0.35%N content and particle size less than 0.5 mm.Aiming at the source control of NOx emission,a study is carried out on the influence of sintering with blast furnace gas ash on NOx emission.The study shows that adding the blast furnace gas ash instead of about 0.7%~1.0%fuel in sintering can help to reduce the emission of NO by about 20~70 mg/Nm^3;the extent of NOx decline is affected by the N content and catalytic agent in gas ash,and the content of forming pellets(P)granules by the gas ash.
