摘 要:本文将省域政府竞争进一步聚焦到省域环境竞争,通过"中央政府-省域政府-地方企业的两阶段意向合法化"的传导机理来解释省域环境竞争对企业环保投资的影响,并以2013-2018年沪深A股重污染行业上市公司为研究样本,以主成分分析法来评价省域环境竞争力。研究表明,省域环境竞争对企业环保投资具有负向影响作用。进一步聚焦内部控制与产权性质对省域环境竞争和企业环保投资相关性的调节作用,研究发现内部控制能够有效抑制省域环境竞争和环保投资的负向作用;相较于民营企业,国有企业的省域环境竞争与企业环保投资存在更强的负向关系。The article further focuses on provincial government competition to the provincial environment competition.Through the transmission mechanism of"central government-provincial government-local enterprise two-stage intention legalization", it effectively explains the provincial environmental competition and corporate environmental protection investment. The research conclusions help the government to further improve environmental policies and improve the level of environmental governance.
