护理干预应用于开塞露清洁肠道并直肠高分辨磁共振成像的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析护理干预应用于开塞露清洁肠道并磁共振直肠高分辨成像的临床效果。方法:搜集2016年10月至2018年12月期间在我院行直肠高分辨磁共振成像及应用开塞露清洁肠道后的高分辨磁共振成像检查患者,随机分为护理组(52例)和对照组(52例),对照组按照常规磁共振检查流程进行,护理组在对照组常规基础上再加用护理干预措施,评价被检查者磁共振检查知识的知晓率、在检查过程中患者的满意度等。结果:护理组磁共振检查知识的完全和部分知晓为47例,占90.38%,对照组中为39例,占75%,护理组明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理组中被检查者满意率88.46%,而对照组中的满意率为73.07%,护理组明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组图像成像均清晰无差别。结论:对应用开塞露清洁肠道并直肠高分辨磁共振成像检查的患者施加护理干预可提高患者对磁共振知识的知晓率,明显缓解患者的紧张、害怕等不良情绪,更好地配合检查并提高患者的满意度。Purpose:To explore the effect of nursing intervention in MR rectal high-resolution imaging with enema glycerin intestinal cleaning.Method:A total of 104 patients were selected and randomly divided into nursing group(52 cases)and control group(52 cases)from Oct 2016 to Dec 2018.All patients were undergone rectal high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging and high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging after intestinal cleaning by using enema glycerin.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention,while those in the nursing group received fine nursing intervention.The awareness rate of the examinee's knowledge of magnetic resonance examination and the patient's satisfaction during the examination were compared.Results:The total and partial knowledge of MR examination in nursing group was 47(90.38%)and 39(75%)in control group.The knowledge in nursing group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the examinees in the nursing group was 88.46%,while that in the control group was 73.07%.The satisfaction rate in the nursing group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in image clarity between the two groups.Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the patients'knowledge of MR knowledge,relieve the patients'nervousness and fear,and improve the patients'satisfaction..
