摘 要:宫颈癌因其发病率高、恶性程度高成为威胁女性健康的第一大杀手。早期诊断和准确分期对宫颈癌治疗方案的选择、治疗效果及预后至关重要。扩散相关成像技术是新兴的MRI方法,以其高敏感性、完全无创等特点迅速成为宫颈癌诊断的重要方法,并通过参数分析对宫颈癌的治疗进行疗效评估。本文旨在对扩散相关成像技术应用于宫颈癌诊治的研究进展进行综述。Cervical cancer has been a major killer of women’s health because of its’high incidence and highly malignant behavior.The early diagnosis and accurate staging are crucial for the therapeutic choice,effect and prognosis of cervical cancer.Magnetic resonance diffusion-related imaging are the emerging and promising methods for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer,with the traits of high sensitivity and completely non-invasiveness.In this article,we reviewed the advance of magnetic resonance diffusion-related im aging in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
