摘 要:为了解凹叶厚朴不同种源苗期性状变异规律及其与地理气候因子之间的关系,筛选出适合福建省三明市明溪县育苗的凹叶厚朴优良种源.以21个种源的凹叶厚朴为研究对象,对其苗期性状进行方差分析、多重比较及相关性分析,并在福建省三明市明溪县开展种源试验.结果表明:凹叶厚朴不同种源间的苗期性状除平均根径外,其它性状均有显著差异,苗期各性状的变异系数为12.67%~48.76%,除地径、总根长和平均根径外其余性状遗传力均达到90%以上;苗高与茎生物量、总生物量、平均根茎、叶总酚含量、茎总酚含量、全株总酚含量呈显著相关;地径与茎生物量、总根长、叶生物量、根生物量、总生物量呈显著相关;年降水量与地径、总根长、平均根径呈显著相关,平均根径与纬度、经度呈显著相关,年日照时数与苗期性状无显著相关性.利用多性状综合评定方法,初步筛选出适宜福建省三明市明溪县生长的优良种源,即江西九江庐山、浙江杭州淳安、浙江丽水景宁、湖北黄冈蕲春、湖北恩施5个种源.To screen the excellent provenances for Magnolia officinalis subsp. biloba seedling cultivation in Mingxi County, Sanming City, Fujian Province, variation pattern of M.officinalis from 21 provenances and its relationship with geoclimatic factors were studied. The seedling traits were subject to variance analysis, multiple comparison and correlation analysis. The results showed that the seedling traits varied significantly among different provenances except for average root diameter, with variation coefficients ranging betwen 12.67% and 48.76%. Apart from ground diameter, total root length and average root diameter, the heritabilities of the remaining traits exceeded 90%. Seedling height was significantly correlated with stem biomass, total biomass, average rhizome, total phenolic content, total phenolic content, and total phenolic content of the whole plant. Ground diameter was significantly correlated with stem biomass, total root length, leaf biomass, root biomass, and total biomass. Annual precipitation was remarkably correlated with ground diameter, total root length and average root diameter. Average root diameter was highly correlated with latitude and longitude, while annual sunshine hours was not related to any seedling trait. Based on comprehensive evaluation on multiple traits, five provenances were screened for the seedling cultivation in Mingxi County, namely Jiangxi Jiujiang Lushan, Zhejiang Hangzhou Luan, Zhejiang Lishui Jingning, Hubei Huanggang Hunchun and Hubei Enshi.
