摘 要:实地调查我国14个竹产区毛竹林,测量样方内30株毛竹的胸径与竹高,并收集林下3份土壤样品,运用元素分析仪和波长色散型X射线荧光光谱仪测定土壤样本中营养元素含量,单因素方差分析各地区土壤元素含量的差异,用R软件中逐步回归的方法分别剔除对毛竹平均胸径与平均竹高影响较小的土壤元素变量,进而分析毛竹生产力与土壤营养元素含量的关系.结果发现:不同地区毛竹胸径范围较为分散,相对竹高范围较为集中;从以平均胸径为参考的生长级来看,14个竹产区毛竹生长级均属Ⅱ级(9.0 cm)及以上,说明这些地区毛竹林具有较高的生产潜力;各地区同一元素含量差异较大,波动较大;逐步回归分析表明,与毛竹生产力呈显著相关关系的营养元素为大量元素N,中微量元素Mg、B和Zn.To analyze the relationship between productivity of Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis) and soil nutrient elements, diameter at breast height(DBH) and height of 30 Moso bamboos in each bamboo producing area were measured and 3 soil samples were collected in Moso bamboo forest of 14 bamboo producing areas in China. The contents of nutrient elements in soil samples were determined by elemental analyzer and wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The differences of elemental contents in different regions were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. The variables which had little influence on the mean DBH and height of Moso bamboo were eliminated by stepwise regression in R software. The result showed that the range of bamboo DBH in different areas is dispersed and the range of relative bamboo height is concentrated. According to the growth grade with average DBH as reference, the growth grade of bamboo in 14 bamboo producing areas belongs to grade Ⅱ(9.0 cm) or above, which indicates that the bamboo forests in these areas has higher production potential;the content of same elements in different areas varies greatly, and the fluctuation is relatively large;the stepwise regression showed that there is a significant correlation between the productivity of Moso bamboo and soil nutrient elements N, Mg, B, Zn.
