摘  要:在光纤通信系统中,OADM是实现波分复用技术的重要器件之一,其信道间隔、带宽及选频速度等参数决定了系统的性能。OADM的核心器件是光滤波器,为了提高其带宽及速度,提出了一种基于压电控制FBG的快速调谐OADM,设计了基于PZT快速控制应变场实现波长选通的调谐结构。系统调制电压范围为0~160 V,实现了对1548.325~1553.248 nm范围内的扫频。通过Matlab仿真分析获得了FBG有效长度、调制深度与反射光峰值反射率和反射带宽的函数关系,并依据此确定了系统参数。实验利用PZT对FBG进行波长选通控制,结果显示,加载曲线与卸载曲线基本相符、线性度好,能够实现快速窄带带通控制。并对1548.325 nm信号光的上、下载及直通进行了测试,结果符合设计要求。该新型OADM具有控制速度快、线性度高等优点,在光纤通信中具有一定的应用价值。In optical fiber communication systems,optical add/drop multiplexer(OADM)is one of the important devices for implementing wavelength division multiplexing(WDM).The parameters such as channel spacing,bandwidth and frequency selection speed can determine the performance of the system.The core device of OADM is optical filter.In order to improve its bandwidth and speed,a fast tuning OADM based on piezoelectric control FBG is proposed.A tuning structure for wavelength gating based on PZT fast control strain field was designed.Its modulation voltage range is 0-160 V,and its sweep frequency range is 1548.325-1553.248 nm.Through the simulation analysis of Matlab,the reflected light peak reflectance function is obtained with respect to the effective length of FBG and modulation intensity.The reflection bandwidth function is obtained with respect to the effective length of FBG and modulation intensity.The parameters of the system are determined based on the simulation results.In the experiment,the wavelength gate control of FBG is carried out by PZT.The results show that the loading curve is basically consistent with the uploading and downloading curve,and the linearity is good,which can realize fast narrow-band band-pass control.The test results of uploading,downloading and direct transmission of 1548.325 nm signal light meet the design requirements.The novel OADM has the advantages of fast control speed and high linearity,and has certain application value in optical fiber communication.
