摘  要:国际海事组织(IMO)规定,自2020年1月1日起全球船用燃料油(船燃)硫质量分数不得超过0.5%,因此全球范围内将有大量的高硫船燃被低硫船燃和船用柴油所取代。通过分析预测国内外船燃市场需求,并主要基于国内船燃市场供需及生产技术现状,指出中国石油应充分利用资源优势,加快调整布局船燃生产、销售,优化部分炼厂油品生产结构,抢占低硫船燃市场。International Maritime Organization(IMO) had implemented a requirement that the mass fraction of sulphur in the global bunker fuel wasn′ t to exceed 0.5% from January 1st,2020,thus substantial high sulfur bunker fuel will be displaced by low sulfur bunker fuel and bunker diesel around the world. By analyzing and predicting foreign and domestic bunker fuel market demands, and mainly based on the current status of domestic bunker fuel market supply and demand and production technology, it was pointed out that the CNPC should make full use of its resource advantage to speed up the adjustment and distribution of bunker fuel production and sales, to optimize the oil production structure of partial refineries, and to seize the low sulfur bunker fuel market.
