摘 要:为达到固体废弃物排放量指标低于80 t/a的要求,分析了中国石油兰州石化公司催化重整装置固体废弃物来源及其影响因素,提出了降低固体废弃物排放量的优化措施。结果表明:催化重整装置固体废弃物80%以上来自白土塔中的白土,白土塔的工艺流程和操作温度是影响白土排放量的主要因素;通过将新旧白土塔由并联操作改为串联操作,且将操作温度控制在180~185℃后,白土更换周期由6个月延长至8个月,废白土量由2016年的85.84 t降至2017年的37.50 t,装置固体废弃物总量由105.02 t降至53.70 t,大幅减少了固体废弃物的排放量,经济效益和环境效益显著。In order to meet the requirement of solid waste emission was less than 80 t/a, the source of solid waste and its influencing factors about the catalytic reforming unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company of PetroChina were analyzed, and the optimization measures to reduce the emission of solid waste were put forward. The results showed that more than 80% of the solid waste in the catalytic reforming unit comes from the clay in the clay tower, and the process flow and operating temperature of the clay tower were the main factors affecting the discharge of the clay. By changing the old and new clay towers from parallel operation to series operation, and controlling the operating temperature at 180-185 ℃, the replacement cycle of the clay was extended from 6 months to 8 months, and the waste clay was reduced from 85.84 t in 2016 to 37.50 t in 2017, and the total solid waste of the unit was reduced from 105.02 t in 2016 to 53.70 t in 2017, which greatly reduced the discharge of solid waste and provided significant economic and environmental benefits.
