摘  要:对山东京博石油化工有限公司40万t/a重整装置预加氢单元压降升高的原因进行分析,并对其工艺进行了改进。结果表明:重整装置预加氢反应器催化剂床层压降升高的主要原因为催化剂中硅及原料油中二烯烃的含量过高;在预加氢反应器前新增二烯烃反应器,原料油经加氢处理后,含二烯烃质量分数由0.286%降至0.015%,二烯烃选择性加氢脱除率约95%;通过采取催化剂撇头、增加脱硅保护剂及设备清焦、增设二烯烃反应器等综合措施,装置开工运行初期预加氢反应器催化剂床层压降由改造前的0.200 MPa降至0.025 MPa,投用1 a压降仅升高0.014 MPa,预加氢单元空速由改造前的3.5 h^-1可提高至最大5.0 h^-1。The cause of rising pressure drop in pre-hydrogenation unit was analyzed and its process was optimized for the 0.4 Mt/a reforming unit of Shandong Jingbo Petrochemical Co Ltd. The results showed that the main reason of the increase of the pressure drop of catalyst bed in the pre-hydrogenation reactor of the reforming unit was due to the high content of silicon in the catalyst and dienes in the feed.After adding a new diene reactor ahead of the pre-hydrogenation reactor and hydrogenation treatment of the feed, the mass content of dienes had decreases from 0.286% to 0.015%,and the selective hydrogenation removal rate of dienes was about 95%;by adopting catalyst skimming adding desilicon preservation agent and equipping coke removing,the pressure drop of catalyst bed in pre-hydrogenation reactor decreased from 0.200 MPa before revamping to 0.025 MPa. In the initial stage of unit operation, the pressure drop only increased by 0.014 MPa in one year, and the volume rate of pre-hydrogenation unit increased from 3.5 h^-1 before revamp to the maximum 5.0 h^-1.
