摘 要:采用Aspen HYSYS模拟软件对石蜡基原油的减压蜡油分别进行催化裂化、催化裂解、催化轻循环油加氢-催化裂解(HTMP)和加氢裂化(HCR)等加工方案的模拟,对比了不同加工方案下的柴汽比、主要产品收率等关键技术指标以及在不同原油价格(以布伦特原油80美元/桶为基准)下的经济效益。结果表明:在技术方面,HTMP加工方案的柴汽比最低(为0.18),氢耗和能耗居中,高价值产品收率和年生产总值最高,HCR加工方案氢耗、能耗、综合商品率和基本化工原料收率均高于其他加工方案;在经济效益方面,与其他加工方案相比,HTMP加工方案的净现值、内部收益率均最高,投资回收周期最短,投资回报率最高,抗风险能力最强。Aspen-HYSYS software has been used to systematically investigate several typical processing schemes for paraffin-based vacuum gas oil(VGO), including fluid catalytic cracking, deep catalytic cracking, coupled hydrotreating-fluid catalytic cracking(HTMP), and hydrocracking.Economic benifits under different crude oil prices(based on the Brent Oil price 80 USD/bbl) have been compared over different processing routines focusing on differences of diesel to gasoline ratio, key products yield and etc.The results showed that in terms of technical performance,the HTMP process had the highest high value product yield and total annual output value and the lowest diesel-to-gasoline ratio. The hydrogen consumption, energy consumption of the HTMP process were in the middle. The hydrogen consumption, energy consumption, comprehensive commodity rate and basic chemical raw material yield of HCR processing scheme were higher than those of other processing schemes. As for economic performance, compared with other processing schemes, HTMP processing scheme had the highest net present value and internal rate of return, the shortest investment recovery cycle, the highest return on investment and the strongest anti risk ability.
