摘  要:在考虑政府补贴退坡和消费者绿色偏好差异等因素的基础上,构建新能源汽车生产决策模型,分析了政府补贴变化和消费者绿色偏好差异对汽车生产决策的影响。研究结果表明:政府给予消费者补贴可增加新能源汽车的需求量,但短期内会使企业利润产生波动;政府提高市场准入标准可提高社会福利,但会降低新能源汽车的需求量;消费者绿色度偏好的增加会促进新能源汽车需求量、企业利润和社会福利的增加;政府补贴与市场准入标准的提高会增强新能源汽车的技术研发水平;补贴完全退出时,消费者绿色偏好、新能源汽车成本和绿色度成为影响企业决策的重要因素;若消费者绿色度偏好上升,企业需提高新能源汽车的生产与技术研发水平。Considering factors such as the decline of government subsidies and the differences in green preferences of consumers,the paper constructs a new energy vehicle production decision-making model,and analyzes the impact of government subsidy changes and consumers'green preference differences on automobile production decisions.The results of the study show that the government subsidies to consumers can increase the demand for new energy vehicles,but in the short term,corporate profits will fluctuate;the government's increase in market access standards can increase social welfare,but will reduce the demand for new energy vehicles.The increase in green preference will promote the demand for new energy vehicles,corporate profits and social welfare;the increase in government subsidies and market access standards will promote the level of technology research and development of new energy vehicles;new energy vehicle costs and greenness have become the important factors influencing corporate decision-making;if consumers'green preference increases,companies need to improve the production and technology R&D level of new energy vehicles.
