摘　　要：介绍了偏氟乙烯(VDF)单体的制备方法、聚偏氟乙烯树脂(PVDF)树脂的聚合工艺,比较了各种聚合工艺优势,工业化生产中主要以乳液聚合法和悬浮聚合法为主;叙述了PVDF在涂料、管材领域、锂电池粘结剂和膜材料等领域的应用,其中膜材料应用研究主要集中在锂电池隔膜、压电薄膜、太阳能背板膜、水处理膜和建筑装饰膜等。我国PVDF树脂生产主要以乳液聚合工艺为主,近几年开始使用悬浮聚合工艺,未来PVDF产能扩建悬浮聚合工艺将成为首选。目前国内生产的PVDF树脂主要应用于涂料、太阳能背板膜、注塑和挤出,而水处理膜、锂电池粘结剂、隔膜涂覆等高端应用领域仍依赖进口,因此PVDF质量的稳定性和产品多样化高端化是今后生产发展的主要趋势。Polyvinylidene fluoride resin(PVDF)has been widely commercialized as its excellent comprehensive properties.Preparation of vinylidene fluoride monomer and polymerization process of PVDF resin were introduced,the advantages of each polymerization process were compared.The application progress of PVDF in fields of coatings,pipes,lithium battery binders and membrane materials were reviewed.The application was focused on lithium battery diaphragm,piezoelectric film,solar backplane film,water treatment film and building decoration film in the membrane material field.However,the advanced products in the membrane material only depended on importation.Therefore we would focus on the stability and variety of PVDF products.
