摘　　要：探究手术室新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染防护的应急技术保障措施及流程,重点是做好人力资源调配、手术间及器械物品准备、医务人员及患者防护、患者安全转运、可复用手术器械和物品的术后预处理以及术后空气及物体表面等的消毒。在确保患者有效救治的同时,保证医务人员的零感染。为手术室护理人员对于2019-nCoV感染的防护提供参考。To explore the measures and procedures of emergency safety assurance and technical process on protection of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection in operating room.The key points of these measures and procedures included the appreciated deployment of human resources,the preparation of operation room,instruments and materials,the protection of medical personnel and patients,the safe transportation of patients,the postoperative pretreatment of reusable surgical instruments and materials,and the disinfections of the postoperative air and object surface.When the effective treatments of patients were ensured,the zero infection of medical personnel also should be ensured.And these measures and procedures can provide reference for nurses in operating room on the protection of 2019-nCoV infection.
