摘　　要：目的:研究制定医院防控新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情的医疗设备管理策略。方法:采用建立组织构架、明确工作职责、制定疫情防控方案以及规范工作流程等方法,构建针对COVID-19疫情的医疗设备管理构架。结果:通过调整和重构管理构架,根据疫情防控的实际要求分工,建立设备维修维护组、防疫防控培训组、设备采购保障组、物资捐赠接收组、物资运输组、协调应急组和心理疏导组7个工作小组,相应制定工作总则和工作小组细则;使医疗设备管理部门在无人感染或无疑似感染的前提下,高效完成医疗设备管理工作。结论:重新构建医疗设备管理体系与调整制定管理策略,可使医院设备管理部门有效应对COVID-19疫情,实施医疗设备支撑保障。Objective:To formulate a rational management strategy of medical equipment for the epidemic situation of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:The management structure of medical equipment for epidemic situation of COVID-19 was constructed by adopting establishing organizational structure,clarifying responsibilities,formulating prevention and control plan of epidemic situation and standardizing working process.Results:By adjusting and reconstructing the management structure,the management department of medical equipment could efficiently and excellently complete the management work of medical equipment under the premise of no infection or no suspected infection.Conclusion:By reconstructing the management system of medical equipment,the management department of medical equipment of hospital can effectively cope with variously serious emergencies in the field of medical care and health,and provide assistance for the management of seriously emergent event of public health.
