摘  要:目的悬吊训练的方法,对亚健康状态颈部不适大学生进行训练,探究悬吊训练对颈部症状及功能的影响,为亚健康状态颈部不适受试者提供更有效的治疗方案。方法选取16名无病理性颈椎病或典型颈椎结构异常的亚健康状态颈部不适的大学生,随机分为空白对照组、悬吊训练干预组,进行为期4周的干预实验,比较干预前后各组主观不适度,颈椎活动度,颈部功能障碍情况,头颈部位置觉,肌耐力等的变化。结果(1)4周干预后,悬吊训练干预组内干预前后比较主观不适度,颈椎活动度,颈部功能障碍情况以及颈部屈肌耐力有统计学意义(P<0.05),颈部伸肌耐力以及头颈部位置觉变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);而对照组所有指标均无变化;(2)4周干预后,与对照组比较,悬吊训练干预组受试者的左右旋及左右侧屈活动度,主观不适度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论4周悬吊训练能有效改善亚健康状态颈部不适大学生的颈部旋转及侧屈活动范围,减轻主观不适程度,并对颈部屈肌耐力以及功能有促进作用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of sling exercise training on college students with sub-health neck discomfort,so as to find a more effective method to treat sub-health neck discomfort.Methods Sixteen subjects who have neck pain without pathological cervical spondylosis and typical abnormal structure of cervical vertebrate were randomly divided into two groups:control group and Sling exercise training group(SET group).SET group received four-week intervention.Then we compared the change of pain,range of motion,neck dysfunction,head and neck position sense and muscle endurance before and after treatment between two groups.Results(1)After four-week intervention,there is no statistically change in pain,range of motion,neck dysfunction,muscle endurance and head and neck position sense in control group(P>0.05).(2)After four-week intervention,SET has statistically improvement in pain,range of motion,neck dysfunction,and muscle endurance of the neck flexor(P<0.05).(3)After four-week intervention,SET group has no statistically change in muscle endurance of the neck extensor and head and neck position sense(P>0.05).(4)Before four-week intervention,there is no statistically difference between control and SET group in every index(P>0.05).(5)After four-week intervention,there are statisticallychanges only in pain,range of motion of rotation and lateral flexion between control group and SET group(P<0.05).Conclusions Four-week sling exercise training can partly improve the neck function of college students with sub-health neck discomfort.Further study on the effectiveness of sling exercise training for long term is needed.
