摘 要:目的探讨太极柔力球运动对改善中老女性跌倒风险的效果。方法对20名无太极柔力球锻炼经验身体健康的55~65岁中老年女性,按太极柔力球运动处方锻炼1 a前后的7项身体成分指标和各项身体素质指标数据进行对比分析。结果7项身体成分指标:体重、体脂肪、BMI、体脂百分数、躯干及下肢肌肉量均在运动前后发生了显著变化(P<0.01)。各项身体素质指标坐位体前屈、反应时、30 s坐起、闭眼单脚站立、动态平衡能力、8点星状伸展平衡(SEBT)和下肢肌力在锻炼前后均发生了显著变化(P<0.01)。结论太极柔力球运动对改善中老年女性风险具有实效性,也为指导中老年女性锻炼提供实证参考。Objective To investigate the effect of taiji softball on improving the fall risk of middle-aged and elderly women.Methods Twenty middle-aged and old women who had no exercise experience of taiji softball were enrolled to receive taiji softball exercise.Then the data of seven body composition indexes and various body quality indexes before and 1 year after exercising were compared.Results There were significant changes in the weight,body fat,BMI,body fat percentage,trunk muscle mass and lower limb muscle mass between before and after exercise(P<0.01).All the indexes of physical fitness were significantly improved after exercise(P<0.01).Conclusion The experimental results fully confirm the effectiveness of taiji softball in reducing the risk of middle-aged and elderly women and provide empirical reference for guiding middle-aged and elderly women to exercise.
