小六合针法治疗非特异性腰痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨小六合针法治疗非特异性腰痛的临床效果。方法采用随机临床对照研究方法,将60例非特异性腰痛患者随机分为2组,30例采用小六合针法治疗,30例采用常规毫针针刺方法治疗对照治疗,均隔日治疗1次,共治疗7次。采用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS),评价累积效应和立即效应的止痛效果,比较2组的治疗情况;此外,采用腰痛功能障碍指数(oswestry Disability Index,ODI)和患者治疗满意度评分,评价2组的临床效果。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者在治疗后,不同时间节点的VAS评分、ODI评分和患者治疗满意度评分均显著改善(P<0.05)。2组间比较,小六合针法组的VAS评分和ODI评分均低于常规毫针针刺方法组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),小六合针法组的治疗满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小六合针法能显著缓解非特异性腰痛患者的腰痛症状,提高生活质量,疗效确切,满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small six directions-needling on nonspecific low back pain(NLBP).Methods By using randomized controlled c1inical trial method,60 patients were divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with small six directions-needling.The control group was treated with normal acupuncture therapy.In each group patients were treated for 7 times every other day.Then we compared the clinical curative effect of two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the analgesic effect of cumulative pain and immediate pain.In addition,The Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and patient satisfaction score were used to evaluate the clinical effect.Results The scores of VAS,ODI and patient degree of satisfaction were significantly improved at each time point when compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups showed that the scores VAS and ODI of the study group were lower than those of the normal acupuncture therapy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients'degree of satisfaction of the small six directions-needling group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The therapy of small six directions-needling is safe and effective for improving clinical symptoms in NLBP patients.It can improve the quality of life of patients,the degree of satisfaction.Therefore,it deserves to applied in clinic and be popularized.
