参麻益智方的急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察参麻益智方的急性毒性实验反应,评价参麻益智方一定时间内的安全性。方法采用“最大给药量法”进行试验,灌胃给予清洁级ICR小鼠按比例配制参麻益智方浸膏(溶液),观察药物对小鼠的毒性作用,测定半数致死量和最大耐受量,并于14 d后解剖小鼠,观察对其主要脏器的影响。结果药物的半数致死量未测出,以生药97.6 g/kg给药后,小鼠均未产生明显的毒性症状,其体质量与对照组小鼠体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参麻益智方对小鼠无明显急性毒性作用,在规定剂量下服用是安全可靠的。Objective To evaluate the security of Shenma Yizhi decoction(SYD) in mice.Methods The mice were fed with SYD by gavage administration at the maximum daily dose,the toxicity symptoms and mortality were observed and recorded.The main organs of mice,dissected after 14 days,were examined by the unaided eye.Results The lethal dose of 50% was not detected.There were no obvious poisoned symptom and death with the acute toxicity test was 97.6 g crude drug/kg dose,and no obvious diversity(P>0.05) was found by comparing the negative control group in weight of the mice.Conclusion SYD has no apparent acute toxicity to ICR mice.The safety of SYD in clinical application under prescribed dose.
