商贸流通型特色小镇规划设计探索--以辽宁北镇中安蔬菜小镇为例

摘　　要：特色小镇建设是提升城乡社会经济活力、满足居民对美好生活向往的有效途径。以商贸流通型小镇为研究对象,从商贸流通型特色小镇的定义、特征及问题入手,以辽宁北镇中安蔬菜小镇为例,在功能布局、产业策划、空间塑造、社区营造、运行机制等方面对商贸流通型特色小镇的规划设计进行了实践探索。The construction of characteristic towns is an effective way to improve the social and economic vitality of urban and rural areas and meet the residents’ longing for a better life. Taking the commercial circulation town as the research object,starting from the definition,characteristics and problems of the commercial circulation type characteristic town,taking the Zhong,an vegetable town in the northern town of Liaoning province as an example,the planning and design of the commercial circulation type characteristic town is practically explored in terms of functional layout,industrial planning,space shaping,community building,and operational mechanisms.
