摘 要:对烧结过程中有害元素脱除规律及影响因素进行分析,结果表明:有害元素主要来源于厂内废弃料,且残留在烧结矿中,Cl脱除率达到了90%, Pb、 As的脱除率均接近50%, K、 Na的脱除率在10%~20%, Zn、 Sn极少脱除;工艺条件对有害元素的脱除率的研究表明,混合料水分对有害元素的脱除率影响不明显;随焦粉配比增加,K、 Na、 Zn的脱除率升高,Pb的脱除率变化的幅度不大,As的脱除率呈现下降趋势;随着碱度提高,K、 Na、 Zn、 Sn的脱除率总体呈升高趋势;Pb、 As的脱除率降低;混合料中有害元素水平提高后,K、 Na、 Pb、 Zn的脱除率均有不同程度的提升;添加CaCl2有利于K、 Na、 Pb、 Zn、 As的脱除,但对Sn的脱除率影响不大。Analysis of the removal regularity and influence of hazardous elements in the sintering process was done, the results show that the hazardous elements are mainly from the waste materials in the plant and remain in the sinter, the removal rate of Cl reaches 90%, the removal rate of Pb and As is close to 50%, the removal rate of K and Na is 10%~20%, while Zn and Sn are barely removed;Analysis of process’ influence on the removal rate of hazardous elements shows that mixture moisture doesn’t have obvious influence;with the increase of coke ratio, the removal rate of K, Na, Zn increases, the removal rate of Pb changes little, while the removal rate of As decreases. With the increase of basicity, the removal rate of K, Na, Zn and Sn generally increases;the removal rate of Pb and As decreases;with the increase of hazardous elements in the mixture, the removal rate of K, Na, Pb and Zn increases in varying degrees.The addition of CaCl2 is beneficial to the removal of K, Na, Pb, Zn and As, but it has marginal effect on the removal of Sn.
