澳大利亚飞行医生服务对我国远程急救的启示

摘　　要：澳大利亚"飞行医生"服务是澳大利亚基层医疗服务的一大特色,运用现代网络通信技术,对农村及偏远地区居民进行远程医疗,解决偏远地区居民的紧急急救问题。笔者介绍了澳大利亚"飞行医生"服务的兴起、发展、机构运作、优点及存在的问题,结合国情,分析澳大利亚"飞行医生"服务对建设国内远程急救体系的启示。The Australian Flying Doctor Service is a major feature of Australian primary medical services.It uses modern network communication technologies to provide remote medical treatment to residents in rural and remote areas and to solve the problem of emergency first aid for residents in remote areas.This article describes the rise,development,institutional operations,advantages and existing problems of Australian flying doctor services.Combined with China's national conditions,this paper analyzes the implications of Australian flight doctor services for the establishment of a remote emergency system in China.
