韦伯潘力氏小体及其内容物对血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：血栓是机体凝血-抗凝功能失衡时,一些有形成分在血管内黏附聚集形成的血块,造成血管部分或全部堵塞。在内皮细胞特有的细胞器韦伯潘力氏小体中储存有多种参与血栓形成的蛋白质,如血管性血友病因子和P选择素等,可根据需要立即释放。韦伯潘力氏小体及其内容物在血栓发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色,调控韦伯潘力氏小体的快速分泌可有效降低血栓发生风险。本文主要综述近年研究发现的韦伯潘力氏小体及其内容物对血栓形成的影响,为血栓的防治提供新的思路。Thrombus is the blood clot formed by the adhesion and aggregation of some tangible components in the blood vessels when the body′s clotting and anticoagulation function is out of balance,causing partial or complete blockage of blood vessels.Varieties of proteins involved in thrombosis,such as von Willebrand factor and P-selectin,stored in the endothelial cell-specific organelle Weibel-Palade bodies,and can be released immediately as needed.Weibel-Palade bodies and its contents play an important role in the development of thrombosis.Regulating the rapid secretion of Weibel-Palade bodies would effectively reduce the risk of thrombosis.This article mainly reviewed the effects of Weibel-Palade bodies and its contents on thrombosis in recent years,providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis.
