养心氏片治疗微血管性心绞痛典型病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨养心氏片治疗微血管性心绞痛的作用。方法给予微血管性心绞痛患者养心氏片治疗,观察患者的中医症候变化、睡眠质量、代谢当量(METs)变化。结果治疗后心前区疼痛、乏力、自汗、失眠明显改善,运动耐量显著提高。结论养心氏片治疗微血管性心绞痛患者能够明显改善患者心绞痛症状、提高患者运动耐量,改善睡眠质量,有积极有效的临床效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of Yangxinshi Tablets in the treatment of microvascular angina.Methods The patients with microvascular angina were treated with Yangxinshi Tablets.The changes of TCM symptoms,sleep quality and metabolic equivalent(METs)were observed.Results After exercise,pain,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,insomnia and exercise tolerance were improved significantly.Conclusion Yangxinshi Tablets can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,exercise tolerance and sleep quality in patients with microvascular angina pectoris.It has positive and effective clinical effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
