摘 要:通过研究不同实验条件对Mo-Ni-P/γ-Al2O3汽柴油加氢催化剂的NH3-TPD及H2-TPR表征结果影响,探索出了适合该类催化剂的表征条件。适合Mo-Ni-P/γ-Al2O3加氢催化剂的NH3-TPD表征条件为样品采用40~60目颗粒,120℃吸附氨气,载气流速30mL/min,升温速率10 K/min;适合Mo-Ni-P/γ-Al2O3加氢催化剂的H2-TPR实验条件为样品采用40~60目颗粒,H2载气流速30 mL/min,实验过程中升温速率10K/min。In this paper,we found the suitable characterization conditions of NH3-TPD and H2-TPR for Mo-Ni-P/γ-Al2O3 hydrogenation catalyst,by studying the effects of different experimental conditions on the characterization results of NH3-TPD and H2-TPR.The NH3-TPD characterization conditions suitable for Mo-Ni-P/γ-Al2O3 hydrogenation catalyst were as follows:the sample was made of 40-60 mesh particles,the absorbing ammonia gas was at 120℃,the carrier gas flow rate was 30 mL/min,and the heating rate was 10 K/min.The better H2-TPR experimental conditions of Mo-Ni-P/γ-Al2O3 hydrogenation catalyst were as follows:the sample was made of 40-60 mesh particles,the H2 carrier gas flow rate was 30 mL/min,and the heating rate during the experiment was 10 K/min.
