甘肃省播音与主持艺术专业就业率提升研究

摘　　要：伴随着广播电视事业的迅猛发展和高等教育的扩招,播音与主持艺术专业因招生数量逐年递增、专业规模持续扩张呈现出膨胀之势,但在繁荣发展背景下,播音与主持艺术专业的毕业生却在播音员主持人岗位流动缓慢、人才更替速度迟滞、毕业生数量庞大的现实中呈现出就业困难的现象。通过对甘肃省播音与主持艺术专业毕业生就业难的现象进行原因分析,基于公共管理学的视角,从政府、学校两个维度提出就业对策建议,为甘肃省播音与主持艺术类学生就业问题的解决提供一定的理论指导,进而提升甘肃省该专业学生的就业率。With the rapid development of radio and television industry and the expansion of higher education, the major of broadcasting and hosting art has shown a trend of expansion because of the increasing number of students and the continuous expansion of professional scale.However, under the background of prosperity and development, the graduates of broadcasting and hosting art major have difficulties in employment due to the slow job flow of broadcasters and hosts, the slow pace of talent replacement, and the large number of graduates and other reasons. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the difficulty of employment of the graduates majoring in broadcasting and hosting arts in Gansu Province, this paper puts forward the employment countermeasures and suggestions from the two dimensions of government and school from the perspective of public administration, which provides certain theoretical guidance for solving the employment problem of the students majoring in broadcasting and hosting arts in Gansu Province, and further promotes the employment rate of the students majoring in this field.
