美国贸易保护主义的根源与反思

摘　　要：通过对美国贸易保护主义的原因进行深入剖析,可以发现美国贸易保护主义是其国内产业空心化,经济结构上高消费、低储蓄及其民粹主义兴起所致,而从外部而言则是当今国际贸易利益分配格局发生变化所致。在更宏观的历史视觉上而言,美国贸易保护主义浪潮是当今世界贸易模式大调整的一个缩影,具有长期性;也是美国国内改革存在重重困难的表现,是美国经济深层次变革的一个开始。Through an in-depth analysis of the causes of trade protectionism in the United States, it can be found that trade protectionism in the United States is caused by the hollowing out of domestic industry, high consumption, low savings and the rise of populism in the economic structure, and externally, it is caused by the changes in the distribution pattern of international trade benefits.In a broader historical perspective, the wave of trade protectionism in the United States is a microcosm of the great adjustment of the current world trade pattern. It is also a manifestation of the difficulties in the domestic reform of the United States and a beginning of the profound changes in the American economy.
