摘  要:探讨蝴蝶兰数量性状的测试性能,有利于提高测试准确性和测试效率。本研究通过种内稳定性、种间差异性、R型聚类分析以及性状相关性分析,对蝴蝶兰20个主要数量性状的测试性能进行分析。结果表明,蝴蝶兰不同数量性状的种内变异系数在5.07%~22.50%之间,Char4(花序长度)、Char5(花序花数量)、Char6(花序梗长度)等3个性状在种内表现不够稳定。不同数量性状的种间变异系数在8.22%~45.31%之间,Char3(叶片宽度)、Char7(花序梗粗度)、Char14(唇瓣中裂片长度)、Char17(叶片厚度)、Char18(合蕊柱长度)、Char19(合蕊柱粗度)等6个性状的种间区分能力较弱;通过性状的R型聚类分析和相关性分析表明,Char8(花朵长度)、Char9(花朵宽度)、Char10(萼片长度)、Char11(萼片宽度)、Char12(花瓣长度)与Char13(花瓣宽度)均呈极显著相关性,且相关系数均大于0.9。因此,Char17(叶片厚度)、Char18(合蕊柱长度)、Char19(合蕊柱粗度)在蝴蝶兰测试指南中作为选测性状是合理的。Char3(叶片宽度)、Char7(花序梗粗度)、Char14(唇瓣中裂片长度)、Char11(萼片宽度)、Char13(花瓣宽度)等5个性状可由必测性状调整为选测性状。Char4(花序长度)、Char5(花序花数量)、Char6(花序梗长度)等性状的种内稳定性可能与催花条件有关。To study the Testing performance of quantitative characters for DUS test in Phalaenopsis was helpful to improve the test accuracy and efficiency.In this study,the test performance of 20 main quantitative characters of Phalaenopsis was analyzed through intra-species stability,inter-species difference,R-type cluster analysis and character correlation analysis.The intra-specific coefficient of variation of different quantitative characters were 5.07%-22.50%,and intra-specific performance of the three characters of Char4(inflorescence length),Char5(number of flowers)and Char6(peduncle length)were not stable.Inter-specific coefficient of variation of different quantitative characters were 8.22%-45.31%,Char3(Blade width),Char7(peduncle diameter),Char14(length of middle lobe of lip),Char17(blade thickness),Char18(length of synecium column),Char19(diameter of synecium column)had weak ability to distinguish the species.The R-type cluster analysis and correlation analysis showed that Char8(flower length),Char9(flower width),Char10(sepal length),Char11(sepal width),Char12(petal length)and Char13(petal width)were very significant correlation,and the correlation coefficient were all greater than 0.9.The characters of Char17(blade thickness),Char18(length of synecium column)and Char19(diameter of synecium column)are reasonable as the optional characters in the Phalaenopsis test guide.Char3(blade width),Char7(peduncle diameter),Char11(sepal width),Char13(petal width)and Char14(length of middle lobe of lip),could be adjusted from required to optional characters.The intra-specific stability of Char4 (inflorescence length),Char5(number of flowers),and Char6(peduncle length)may be related to flower forcing conditions.
