百令胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:将100例患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。分别口服孟鲁司特钠,百令胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠,疗程均为8周。观察患儿的症状缓解时间、治疗前后肺功能及免疫功能,比较两组患儿临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:研究期间共脱落4例。观察组患儿总有效率95.9%(47/49),高于对照组的80.9%(38/47)(P<0.05)。观察组患儿症状缓解时间较对照组有所改善(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后肺功能及免疫功能均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组患儿改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合孟鲁司特钠可有效改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能及免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of bailing capsule combined with montelukast sodium on lung function and immune function in children with cough variant asthma.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases each.Montelukast sodium,bailing capsule combined with montelukast sodium were given respectively in the two groups for 8 weeks.The time of symptom relief,pulmonary function and immune function before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and the rate of adverse reaction of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.9%(47/49)in the observation group and 80.9%(38/47)in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom remission time in the observation group was improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The lung function and immune function of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bailing capsule combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the pulmonary function and immune function of children with cough variant asthma.
