摘　　要：目的:构建院内医用耗材供应链全业务流程信息化管理模式,保障临床耗材使用安全,提高医用物资管理效能。方法:建立基于UDI编码与物联网技术的医用耗材综合管理平台,实现院内物资流、信息流和资金流的同步,优化推广平台应用落地。结果:信息平台的应用给医院耗材管理带来了成本效益变化,降低了医院运营成本和人力成本,提升了临床耗材使用质量安全。结论:基于UDI编码的医用耗材信息化管理模式为医疗物资科学管理提供了有效解决方案,是医院精细化管理的发展趋势。Objective:To establishe an information management model for the entire business process of the supply chain of medical consumables to ensure the safe use of clinical consumables and improve the efficiency of material management.Methods:Established a comprehensive medical consumable management platform based on unique device identifier(UDI)code and Internet of Things(IoT)technology.The platform realized the synchronization of material flow,information flow and capital flow in the hospital,and optimized the application of the platform.Results:The application of the information platform had brought cost-effective changes to hospital consumables management,had reduced hospital operating costs and labor costs,and had improved the quality safety of clinical consumables.Conclusion:The informationization of medical consumables management based on UDI provided an effective solution for the scientific management of medical supplies,which is the development trend of hospital fine management.
