摘 要:以某型船用柴油机机械式燃油喷射系统为研究对象,基于单套泵管嘴系统的两对偶件泄漏量占循环油量比值这一评价参数,分析偶件间隙对喷射油量、持续期、喷射压力等喷油特性的影响。采用一维冷热态仿真计算、三维流固耦合计算和平台测试方法得到偶件泄漏量占循环油量的比值并做对比分析。结果表明:仿真计算及平台实测的泄漏量占循环油量比值均小于等于0.22%;考虑偶件最大变形量时,泄漏量占循环油量的比值也不超过5%,基本可以忽略不计。从而证明:偶件间隙并不是影响机械式燃油喷射系统喷射特性的主要因素。The mechanical fuel injection system of a marine diesel engine was taken as the research object,based on the evaluation parameters,the ratio of fuel leakage to circulating fuel volume of two couplings from a single set of pump-pipe-nozzle system,the influence of couplings clearance on the injection fuel amount,duration and injection pressure is analyzed.With one-dimensional cold and hot state model calculation,three-dimensional fluid-structure coupling calculation,and platform test,the ratio of fuel leakage to circulating fuel volume was obtained and analyzed.The results show that the ratios of calculation and platform test were less than 0.22%.Even considering the biggest deformation of the coupling,the ratio is less than 5%,which can be ignored basically.Thus it is verified that the clearance between couplings is not the main factor affecting the injection characteristics of mechanical fuel injection system.
