摘　　要：大数据时代的电子文件数量越来越巨大,其对社会经济各方面影响越来越大。为了更好地管理与利用电子文件,将其档案化为电子档案很要必要。该文从分析电子文件与电子档案特点出发,论述了电子文件档案化的必要性以及此过程中需要注意的问题。In the age of big data,the number of electronic documents is icreasingly huge,and it has more and more inf luence on all aspects of society.In order to manage and utilize electronic archives eff iciently,it is necessary to archiving electronic documents into electronic archives.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of electronic documents and electronic archives,this paper discusses the necessity of archiving electronic documents and the problems that should be paid attention to in this process.
