预防静脉血栓栓塞症护理计划单在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨预防静脉血栓栓塞症(VET)护理计划单在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年3月我院收治的78例手术治疗的恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(38例)和观察组(40例)。对照组5例护士采用预防VET的常规护理,观察组5例护士借助预防VET计划单实施护理,比较两组VET知识认知程度、VET发生率及两组护理人员VET相关知识的掌握情况。结果观察组预防VET知识认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组VET发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员预防VET知识认知评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理计划单在妇科恶性肿瘤手术患者中的应用,提高患者预防VET知识的认知程度,降低了VET发生率,同时也优化了护理工作流程,提高了护理专业水平和服务质量。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing plan sheet for prevention of venous thromboembolism(VET)in patients undergoing gynecological malignant tumor surgery.Methods A total of 78 cases with malignant tumors who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(40 cases).Five nurses in the control group were given routine nursing to prevent VET,and five nurses in the observation group were given nursing plan sheet for prevention of VET.The knowledge of prevention of VET,the incidence of VETand the knowledge of prevention of VET were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive score of prevention knowledge of VET in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of VET in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cognitive score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing plan sheet in patients with gynecological malignant tumors can improve their knowledge of prevention of VET,reduce the incidence of VET,optimize the nursing workflow and improve the professional level and service quality of nursing.
