医生心理工作负荷测量指标体系构建探析

摘　　要：目的:根据中国医疗卫生行业特点,构建合适的医生心理工作负荷测量指标体系。方法:借鉴航空航天领域测量飞行员心理工作负荷的方法,结合文献研究法、医生访谈法、专家咨询法以及问卷调查法等,开发医生心理工作负荷测量指标体系。结果:通过文献分析和医生访谈初步构建了评价指标。进行了两次专家咨询,专家咨询表的回收率分别为95%和68.42%,专家权威系数分别为0.72和0.75。然后发放了80份问卷调查量表,回收率92.5%,通过统计学分析,最终形成了6个维度、12个条目的测量指标体系。结论:医生心理工作负荷的测量指标体系与航空航天领域飞行员心理工作负荷测量指标体系既有区别又有联系,在之后的研究中,可以紧密结合医疗行业医生工作环境和特点,在测量指标体系的基础上构建具体测量量表,科学合理地测量医生心理工作负荷。Objective:According to the characteristics of China’s medical and health industry,construct a suitable index system for measuring the psychological workload of doctors.Methods:Based on the method of measuring the psychological workload of pilots in the aerospace field,combined with literature research method,doctor interview method,expert consultation method and questionnaire survey method,a doctor psychological workload measurement index system was developed.Results:The evaluation index was initially constructed through literature analysis and doctor interviews.Two expert consultations were conducted.The recovery rates of the expert consultation form were 95%and 68.42%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.72 and 0.75,respectively.Then 80 questionnaires were issued,with a recovery rate of 92.5%.Through statistical analysis,a measurement index system of 6 dimensions and 12 items was finally formed.Conclusion:The measurement index system of doctors’psychological workload is different from the measurement index system of pilots’psychological workload in the aerospace field.In the subsequent research,the working environment and characteristics of medical doctors can be closely combined.Based on this,a specific measurement scale is constructed to scientifically and rationally measure the psychological workload of doctors.
