摘  要:通常情况下同一个水样中的氨氮值应该小于总氮值,但是在实际的检测工作中常常遇到同一个水样氨氮值大于总氮的情况,基于数据与理论值的差异,本文探讨了出现这种情况的主要原因是当水样中氨氮占据总氮的绝大部分比例时,碱性过硫酸钾消解条件下,总氮中的氨氮会以氨气的形式逸散在气相中极易造成损失,并通过对比分析了改进密封性对于实验数据的改善情况。Generally,the ammonia nitrogen value in the same water sample should be less than the total nitrogen value.However,in the actual testing work,the same water sample ammonia nitrogen value is often greater than the total nitrogen.Based on the difference between the data and the theoretical value,this paper The main reason for the occurrence of this situation is that when the ammonia nitrogen accounts for the majority of the total nitrogen in the water sample,the ammonia nitrogen in the total nitrogen will escape in the middle of the gas phase in the form of ammonia gas under the condition of alkaline potassium persulfate digestion.It is easy to cause losses,and through comparison,the improvement of experimental data is improved by improving the sealing performance.
