探究环境监测数据在环境执法中的应用

摘　　要：伴随经济发展的迅速,人们对环境越来越重视,国家也制定了相应的环境执法与保护措施,保障环境质量。在环境执法的过程中,必须严格依照环境监测的数据,从而保障信息的准确性,使环境执法策略的开展能够顺应时代发展,符合目前发展的现状。因此,环境执法中环境监测数据占据重要的位置。基于此,本文分析了环境执法中环境监测数据的应用,笔者根据自身经验提出相应的建议。With the rapid economic development,people pay more and more attention to the environment,and the state has formulated corresponding environmental law enforcement and protection measures to ensure environmental quality.In the process of environmental law enforcement,we must strictly follow the data of environmental monitoring,so as to ensure the accuracy of the information,so that the development of environmental law enforcement strategies can adapt to the development of the times and meet the current development status.Therefore,environmental monitoring data plays an important role in environmental law enforcement.Based on this,this article analyzes the application of environmental monitoring data in environmental law enforcement,and the author puts forward corresponding suggestions based on his own experience.
