摘 要:消费作为拉动经济增长的三架马车之一,对于经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。随着房地产行业的迅速蹿红,住宅房价格的波动对居民消费的影响程度在不断加深,只有深入了解其内在的联系,安徽省相关政府部门才可以制定详细可行的政策去刺激居民的消费,解决目前安徽省居民消费水平不是很高的难题。在以往研究的基础上,利用2000—2019年安徽省居民消费支出、房价等数据建立多元回归模型进行研究,得出房价对居民消费支出的影响程度最大,且安徽省房价持续上涨与居民消费支出之间是正向的财富效应,并结合安徽省的实际情况提出建设性的政策意见。As one of the three carriages of economic growth, consumption plays a vital role in the development of economy.With the rapid development of the real estate industry, the fluctuation of the price of residential housing has a deepening impact on residents’ consumption. Only with a deep understanding of its internal connection, the provincial government can formulate detailed and feasible policies to stimulate residents’ consumption and solve the problem that residents’ consumption level is not very high. In this paper, based on previous studies, with the use of 2000-2019 in Anhui province, consumer spending and housing data to establish a multiple regression model are studied, it is concluded that housing prices degree of impact on consumer spending is the largest, and between house prices continue to rise and consumer spending in Anhui province is a positive wealth effect, combined with the actual situation in Anhui province, constructive policy suggestions are put forward.
