摘　　要：目的探讨无呕病房护理模式对肺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年6月我院接受化疗的140例肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(70例)和研究组(70例)。对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上进行无呕病房模式护理。比较两组的恶心呕吐分级情况、呕吐质量控制评分以及护理总满意度。结果研究组的恶心呕吐分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的化疗当天呕吐、化疗后第1天呕吐、化疗后最严重呕吐程度以及无呕治疗、呕吐照顾、呕吐控制满意度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌化疗患者进行无呕病房护理,不仅可以缓解患者的恶心呕吐情况,还具有较高的护理总满意度,值得在临床上广泛使用。Objective To explore the effect of non-vomiting ward nursing mode on nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods A total of 140 lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects,they were divided into control group(70 cases)and study group(70 cases)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the study group were given non-vomiting ward nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The nausea and vomiting grade,vomiting quality control score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The grade of nausea and vomiting in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grade and satisfaction scores of vomiting on the day of chemotherapy,vomiting on the first day after chemotherapy,the most severe vomiting after chemotherapy,non-vomiting treatment,vomiting care and vomiting control in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-vomiting ward nursing for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can not only alleviate the nausea and vomiting of patients,but also has a high degree of total nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of widely used in clinical practice.
