摘　　要：目的探讨互动健康教育在小儿肺炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年5月我院收治的100例小儿肺炎作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用互动健康教育护理,比较两组的住院时间、退热时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、护理总有效率及护理总满意度。结果观察组的住院时间、退热时间及肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总有效率及家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎在常规治疗基础上辅以互动健康教育护理可明显缩短住院时间、加快症状消退,获得较满意的护理效果。Objective To explore the effect of interactive health education in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 cases of children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given interactive health education nursing on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,antipyretic time,disappearance time of lung moist rale,total nursing efficiency and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,antipyretic time,disappearance time of lung moist rale in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing efficiency and total nursing satisfaction of family member in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,children with pneumonia can be assisted by interactive health education nursing,which can significantly shorten hospitalization time,accelerate symptoms subsidence,and obtain satisfactory nursing effect.
