摘　　要：基于远程会诊新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)临床资料,结合中医温病理论及国家卫生健康委员会新冠肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版、试行第六版),提出新冠肺炎以温病卫气营血辨证进行分型,治疗应重视宣降肺气、适时补气健脾、及早通络活血、注意寒温并用、宜施芳香药物、祛湿勿忘四法、判断伤阳伤阴的治则治法,并提出中药煎服方法。Based on the clinical data of novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP) obtained through teleconsultion,combined with the theory of warm disease by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the 5th and 6th edition of the protocols for the diagnosis and treatment for NCP,it is proposed that NCP should be classified based on defense-qi-nutrient-blood syndrome differentiation of warm disease,and for the treatment,dispersing and lowering lung qi should be emphasized,also supplemented with tonifying qi and invigorating spleen,dredging collaterals and activating blood as early as possible. Besides,in the medication,the warm and cold medicinals should be applied both,and especially the aromatic medicinals. During removing dampness,four principles should be emphasized and yin damage or yang damage should be differentiated. The decoction method of the medicinals for NCP is described.
