简阳地区布鲁氏菌感染患者实验室检查与临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析简阳地区布鲁氏菌感染患者的实验室检查情况与临床表现,以及可能的感染途径,为防控布鲁氏菌病提供依据。方法对2014年5月至2019年2月该院临床送检发热患者血培养标本进行培养和细菌分析。使用法国生物梅里埃Vitek 2Compact全自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪进行鉴定。结果共培养出25例布鲁氏菌,病例来源于康复科、风湿免疫科、感染科、重症医学科。结论布鲁氏菌感染可能存在已知途径之外的不确定性因素,畜牧业消费性地区应加强防控与宣传,提高民众认知,便于防控与早期治疗。Objective To analyze the laboratory examination and clinical features of Brucella infection patients in Jianyang,and the possible route of infection,for the prevention and control of brucellosis to provide a basis.Methods Culture and bacterial analysis of blood samples from patients with fever in clinical examination of a hospital from May 2014 to February 2019.Identified by French bioMerieux Vitek 2 Compact automatic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity analyzer.Results A total of 25 strains of brucellosis were cultured,and the cases were from the department of rehabilitation,rheumatology,immunology,ICU.Conclusion There may be uncertainties beyond the known routes of Brucella infection,Mutton consumption areas should strengthen publicity and prevention,improve public awareness,in order to early targeted treatment.
