摘  要:高等工程教育现有实践培养环节及组织形式存在一定局限,难以适应新形势下工科人才的创新创业能力需求。为此,燕山大学测控技术与仪器专业以探索满足新工科人才创新创业能力培养新模式为目标,在OBE和CDIO教学改革基础上,提出了基于“三阶递进式”创新创业工科人才培养模式,将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,通过“课程群教学体系-模块化综合实践-创新创业综合训练”逐层递进实践能力培养。实践成果表明“三阶递进式”培养体系,对提升工科专业学生创新思维、实践能力及创业理念,推进创新型工科人才培养专业改革进程具有积极意义。Existing practice training links and organizational forms for higher engineering education have some limitations,and it is difficult to adapt to needs of engineering talents in this new era.To this end,Yanshan University's measurement and control technology and instrument specialty aims at exploring a new model for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of new engineering talents.Based on the OBE and CDIO teaching reforms,Yanshan University proposes a"three-stage progressive"innovative entrepreneurial engineering talents training model,incorporates innovation and entrepreneurship education into the entire process of talent training,and progressively develops practical ability through layer by layer of"course group teaching system-modular comprehensive practice-comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship training".The practice results show that the proposed"three-stage progressive"training system has positive significance for improving the innovative thinking,practical ability and entrepreneurial concept of engineering students,and promoting the reform process of innovative engineering talent training,which can provide practical guide for other related engineering majors.
