河北省骨干高校开展创新创业双学位教育的可行性研究

摘　　要：高校肩负着为社会培养人才的重任,创新创业教育是深化高等教育改革的突破口,是解决高等教育焦点问题的着力点。结合河北省骨干高校众创空间建设情况,河北省骨干高校已经具备了开展创新创业双学位教育的基础,建议骨干高校成立创新创业教育学院,发挥创新创业教育学院的职能,逐步开展创新创业精英班(实验班)和双学位教育。针对河北省骨干高校的创新创业专业化教育现状进行调研,发现高校中创新创业行政管理人员、专业教师和普通大学生支持开展创新创业双学位教育,有超过60%的学生能够接受双学位教育付费。Colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating talents for society.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a breakthrough in deepening higher education reforms and a key point in solving focal issues of higher education.Combined with the construction of makerspace,prominent universities and colleges of Hebei Province have already established the foundation for carrying out double degree education in innovation and entrepreneurship.It is recommended that those universities set up the institutes of innovation and entrepreneurship education,give play to the function of the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,and gradually carry out the experimental class and double degree education.The project investigated the status of innovation and entrepreneurship professional education in prominent universities of Hebei Province.The results show that innovation and entrepreneurship administrators,teachers and college students in universities all support the development of a double degree education in innovation and entrepreneurship,and even more than 60%of students can afford double degree education.
