茵陈术附汤加减治疗乙型肝炎相关慢性肝衰竭阴黄证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨茵陈术附汤加减治疗乙型肝炎相关慢性肝衰竭阴黄证的临床疗效.方法选择60例慢性肝衰竭阴黄证患者随机分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例).给予对照组常规西医基础治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上加用茵陈术附汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果观察组治疗后肝功能水平、凝血功能、中医证候积分改善情况、治疗总有效率方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论茵陈术附汤加减治疗乙型肝炎相关慢性肝衰竭阴黄证,疗效确切,适于在临床推广运用.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinchen Zhufu Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B—related chronic liver failure with Yin Huang syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with chronic liver failure Yin Huang syndrome who admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects,were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group were given conventional therapy and the observation group given Yinchen Zhufu Decoction on the basis of the control group treatment,and then compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The improvement of the liver function,coagulation function,TCM syndrome score and the total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Hepatitis B—related chronic liver failure Yinjaundice syndrome,Yinchen Zhufu Decoction is effective and suitable for clinical application.
